Our initial goal was to setup ourselves as a mediator between the software company and the customer. Ankit who is the guy behind this program was making features just to solve this complex problem and we started a company “Owlkeys”. So with help of technology and our extreme desires to make something come up. And that's how we started with 99% of customer satisfaction feedback. The digital literacy in our country still need to improve. The only thing that they do is to push consumers into buying a product and later the consumer suffers. We realized that most companies emphasis their after sales services, but they lack way behind.
We started as a Software distribution company back in 2016 and we still lead in that area.
